Consulting engineers and installers
An overview of the resources available to our partners for high pressure air humidification solutions. Processes and guidelines have been developed in accordance with certified standards ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000.
A systematic and effective process
If you are a consulting engineer or installer working with a client on an air humidification project with high pressure humidification, then we can help.
At Airtec, we have developed a systematic and effective process for cooperation and design of this type of project. This ensures a tailor-made solution that you can trust, and which can be presented to your client by you or us. The process includes the following:
- Sparring and consulting
- Supply and installation
- Documentation and hand-over
- Operation and service
Overview of resources
The systematic process starts with dialogue, guides and documents which help you to meet your client’s requirements. An effective process around data extraction, analysis, dialogue, and design secures a quality solution and a cost-effective project.
On this page you will find an overview of the resources made available for our partners:
- Airtec Project Engineering
- Airtec SystemGuide
- Airtec QuickGuides
- Airtec Academy training videos
To download guides and any relevant information, please complete the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will give you access to the documentation suitable for your project.
Project Engineering
Project Engineering is Airtec’s systematic project design for high pressure air humidification solutions.
This systematic project design process sets out how we partner up with you to go from first contact to a 12-14 pages long project evaluation report, detailing and illustrating our recommendations for the most effective solution to suit your project requirements; this can then be presented to your client by you or us. We invest time and expertise into this process at no cost to you.
Quick guides installation
This section contains installation instructions for Airtec humidification systems, ensuring an efficient and uniform installation with a focus on the most important elements. Our quick guides are developed based on more than 25 years of experience designing and installing customer-specific high pressure air humidification solutions.
HydroSens RO Softening
HydroSens RO Softening is a frequency-inverted, high-pressure pump with PLC control, softening and reverse osmosis. A hygienic, energy-efficient, and cost-effective solution with great operational stability. The unit supplies up to 10 zones of InRoom humidification or 3 x AHU duct humidification with up to 1200 litres of water per hour. The unit can be monitored remotely with Scada software.
HydroSens RO Carbon softening
HydroSens RO Carbon Softening is a frequency-inverted, high-pressure pump with PLC control, softening, carbon filter and reverse osmosis. A hygienic, energy-efficient and cost-effective solution with great operational stability. The unit supplies up to 10 zones of InRoom humidification or 3 x AHU duct humidification with up to 1200 litres of water per hour. The unit can be monitored remotely with Scada software.
Quick guides start-up
Our collection of detailed start-up quick guides will assist you to safely start up your Airtec humidification system after correct installation. Detailed graphics of the system and numbered step-by-step instructions will make it easy to ensure a safe and correct start-up.

IX and HX diagram
The IX/HX diagram, also known as the psychometric diagram or Mollier diagram, is one of the most valuable tools for designing an air humidification system. The diagram shows the relationship between humidity, temperature, and energy in the air. The values from the diagram are used to determine the optimal humidity.
